HARDENED PINS

Specialty hardened pins are available in plastic sheet, wire coil, strip plastic and most angles. Our pins work in most pneumatic nailers. All JAACO harden pins have our special (soccer head) on each nail. All tools need sequential trigger, flush guide and adjustable safeties. Current compressors up to 2 HP work on most applications. We have ICC-ES Compliant pins that cover applications for wood to metal, metal to metal, metal to concrete. All customers should check with job engineers and project managers to be sure you are using proper gauge pins of .100 to .145 smooth and knurled pins. Fastener pins work in gypsum board, sheetrock, OSB board and cement blocks. Many applications require different nose guides for certain applications. These are available and please talk to your JAACO salesman. He can recommend the proper nose guide.
